Zero Gravity Mocktail

Base Butterfly Mix

• 1-gal Water
• 1 tbsp. Tea Butterfly Pea Flower
• 2.5 lbs. Granulated Sugar

 

Instructions:

 

1. Place pot onto stove top add water, and sugar then bring to a boil.
2. Add butterfly flowers, remove from heat, and steep for 20 minutes. The water will turn a dark blue color.
3. Cool the mixture, and strain the flowers from the water.
4. Chill the mixture in a clean container for later use.

Mocktail

• 2oz Fresh lemon juice in a Pipette tube
• 1 cup. Butterfly water
• 1 ea. 20oz. glass
• Ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Fill a 10oz Hi-ball glass with ice.
2. Add base butterfly water into the cup.
3. Fill the pipette tube with fresh lemon juice.
4. Place pipette tube in glass with butterfly mix. Squeeze lemon juice into butterfly water and watch the magic happen. (Blue water mix will turn purple once you mix the lemon juice with the butterfly water).
