Rocket Pops

  • 12 pre-made chocolate cupcakes
  • 12 lollipop sticks
  • 16 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle powder or puree
  • 1 oz coconut oil
  • Edible dust

Instructions:

  1. Take pre-made chocolate cupcakes and smash them up in a bowl till they’re pasty, then form some rocket launcher parts.
  2. Stick a lollipop stick inside each one and freeze till firm.
  3. While the pops are freezing, melt the chocolate in a water bath, stir in the chipotle and add the coconut oil. Stir so the oil doesn’t separate from the chocolate.
  4. When the pops are set dip into the chocolate, let the chocolate drip off and decorate with edible dust.
