Mission Control Siphon Coffee

  • 30 grams of ground Coffee
  • 24-oz. Water warm
  • ½ each Jalapeno
  • 5 grams of Orange Peel
  • 1 gram dried ice (for smoke effect)

Instructions:

  1. Place warm water into the lower sphere chamber, put it onto the holder and place the burner under the chamber.
  2. Place ground coffee, jalapeno and orange peel in the upper chamber, and light the burner to start heating the water.
  3. Once water starts to boil you will see the steam rise into the upper chamber.
  4. Once all water is in the upper chamber, boil for 1 minute then turn off the burner.
  5. Wait until the coffee returns to the lower chamber and remove the upper chamber with coffee grounds.
  6. Place a piece of dried ice into the coffee cup to create smoke. Pour Hot coffee over ice and watch it steam.
  7. Enjoy your coffee.
